Finally we have the Dachstuhl in place, and the earth filled in up to the first floor level.

Rohbau doesn't look finished to me.

Week 17

Another small delay, scaffolding needed (why don't these people think of these things from experience?) - otherwise things ok.
Rohbau now finished next week.

We decided to add some extra windows in the kitchen, will cost an extra 1-2 grand.
We decided to make the living room larger and L-shaped and abandon the idea of having a small living room and a small office.
We decided to put the Luftwarmwasswerpumpe outside, will cost and extra grand - hopefully we can now re-use this room as the office/library/spare room/cinema room.
We decided to add some storage (a loft) above the play-room/hall/bathroom.

Luckily, still within budget (the guy may be slow, but he is comparatively cheap when I hear other people's stories!).
